USPS International Service Suspension

USPS International Service Suspension

As of November 2, 2021 - The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, until further notice.

The suspension has impacted Australia and New Zealand, as well as others countries.

If you are an international customer, you can check periodically for any suspension lifts or updates on the USPS website.

We will continue to process orders for customers from Australia and New Zealand, as long as you add a note to your order that you agree to us holding your package until the service suspension has been lifted. Keep in mind, there is no estimated time frame for the service to resume.

If you are not comfortable with the "until further notice" - please hold off from ordering until USPS releases the service suspension.

We will continue to check for updates on the USPS website daily. If you have any quetions - you can reach out to us at any time using the "Chat With Us" feature below.
