We suggest that you treat this as you would a glittery eyeshadow. These are made with the teeniest of micro sparks.
A tacky base provides an even more intense color shift as well as hold all the micro fine, we mean like SUPER fine sparks 👏
We also suggest to use our Specular Sparkle & Shimmer Glue Base to intensify color and create a long lasting look!
We suggest a dense/stiff flat brush when applying.
